Our precious infrastructure inheritance and how we’re squandering it
I believe what is going to happen is that after the economy completely collapses which I estimate will be by next fall or early spring 2010 there will be another "New Deal" and the government will employ millions of people who will be more than happy to get any type of work and will begin reconstructing our infrastructure.
It's the logical course of an Athenian Democracy which,incidentally had slaves, the lower caste of people were controlled by the Oligarchy government
