A new “newspaper” called Kansas City’s Most Wanted, which will be sold at 40 convenience and liquor stores in the two Kansas Citys starting today.
The eight-page publication costs $1 and features mugs of 70 to 80 local fugitives, grouped by the felonies they allegedly committed.
